Ayr Site Visit, where we eat lots of good food!

Ayr has lots of beautiful sites. We can't wait to show you if you visit us!!

We explored Ayr a bit, found the flats we'll look at on Tuesday to see where they are, and enjoyed AMAZING weather!

Next, we took a great big road trip up to central Scotland for some fantastic fish and chips, gluten free!

We drove up past Glasgow and continued on past Loch Lomond on the Great Western Road. Mike handled the crazy, curvy, super narrow road really well! Here's Loch Lomond from the beach in Luss and some sheep, also in Luss. Finally, the most delicious GF fish and chips! Totally worth the drive. The chippy is the Real Food Cafe in Tyndrum.

Ayr Site Visit, Part 1

We have had a great time exploring Ayr and beyond on the Spirit Site Visit!

Here are some highlights: First, we went to the Scottish Grand National Festival!

This first picture is from our hotel, we were so close to the track! These horses are headed over for the first race.

This is a view of the grandstand from the field, we were standing next to the track.

In my opinion, the best part is that there always seems to be cider when there's beer! I feel so included! But question: What is the difference between Magners and Bulmers? Anybody know?

Finally, a lovely view of Ayr!
